Online credit card giving to the School of Dentistry's annual gift account is now available through "Michigan Online Giving." Just look for the Michigan Online Giving button in the menu space on this and other pages throughout our Web site.
If you prefer, you may mail or fax your gift to the School of Dentistry Development Office. Please include your name, the amount of your gift, and the fund to which you would like to designate your gift. Learn more about gift designations. If you would like to make a multiple-year pledge, please indicate the amount of your annual gift, the number of years of your pledge, and the month in which you would prefer an annual gift reminder.
Send your check made payable to the University of Michigan.
OR
Send your credit card number, type of credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX, or DISC), name as it appears on your credit card, and card expiration date. If you are using your credit card, be sure to indicate the amount of your gift.
Simply list the fund you prefer to support on the memo line of your check or include a note with your check or credit card information stating your designation. You may also print the PDF file and mail to the address listed at the end of this page. If the fund or area you prefer to support is not listed, include a note with your gift specifying how you would like us to use your gift.
There are so many events in our lives that call for gift giving... birthdays, weddings, graduations, anniversaries, baby showers, retirements, professional achievements. Unfortunately, too many of those well-intentioned gifts end up forgotten on a back shelf somewhere. That will never happen with an honor gift made to the UM School of Dentistry.
